There's a lot going on with the New York Knicks. The head coach Mike D'Antoni is in the hot seat, their star big man, Amar'e Stoudemire is being criticized for his lack of interest while on the court, and forward Carmelo Anthony is in a shoot slump. Not to mention the team's 7-11 record. The Knicks are looking for someone to come in and mix things up. Someone who could lead this team to the NBA Finals. That someone could be the Zen Master himself, Phil Jackson.
The Knicks have the perfect foundation for Jackson to at least consider returning to basketball, and with the Knicks still trying to work trade deals for D. Howard and CP3, it may be a deal to good for Jackson to pass up. Jackson did state in a recent New York Times article that he has "no desire to coach.", but we're sure a true point guard and a nice contract would make any man leave his log cabin in Montana.
